Abstract

|
VSD after myocardial infarction is and infrequent but often catastrophic complication. Occasionally, patient can be treated conservatively until an interval 3-4 wks post infarction.
We successively treated ventricular septal defect, 4wks after anterior myocardial infarction. (Korean J Thoracic Cardiovas Surg 1993;26:798-800)
